If Yoweri Museveni remains President of Uganda through the day the 2031 election is held, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If the 2031 election is suspended for political reasons, this market will resolve based on whether Museveni is President of Uganda on February 1, 2031. If official sources are unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from major international news organizations. Resolution will reflect the substantive fact of whether he finished the term, not minor technicalities of publication timing. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
